Refund & Cancellation Policy

Canceling Pro

Pro renews monthly until canceled. Sign in and manage your subscription in Billing. Check the resulting subscription status and paid-period end date. Contact support if the cancellation control is unavailable or the status remains unclear.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Access tied to an already paid period continues until that period ends, unless its payment is refunded or the account is restricted under the Terms. Unused Pro credits expire with their billing period and do not roll over. Cancellation and a payment refund are separate processes.

Payment refund requests

Payment refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email support@whereisthisphoto.app with your account email, order reference, purchase date and reason. Contact us promptly about a duplicate or incorrect charge, purchased credits that did not arrive, or paid functionality you could not access.

A review takes account of the payment record, delivery of the service, credit use and applicable consumer rights. We do not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee or promise approval of every request. Nothing in this policy excludes statutory refund or withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returned search credits are different from cash refunds

A new photo search uses one credit. When a completed search has no location candidate and the included source check completes or fails without a verified location, the service returns that search credit. An included technical source-check retry, when available, does not cost another credit.

An uncertain or inaccurate candidate does not automatically trigger a credit return or cash refund. Send the search reference if you believe a technical problem affected the result.

After a confirmed refund

An approved payment refund is handled through the payment provider and normally returned to the original payment method. The provider and your bank determine when funds appear. Submission of a refund request is different from confirmation that a refund succeeded.

Credits and paid access associated with a refunded purchase can be revoked. Refunding a Pro payment ends its associated Pro export entitlement. Your account and payment record determine the resulting entitlement status.
